Do you offer Refunds?

I do not offer refunds. Each piece is designed, sculpted, cured, sanded and assembled by hand. Please remember you are purchasing handmade earrings - there may be slight imperfections (bubbles, finger prints etc.) Every piece is thoroughly checked before packaged and sent out.

If you receive your earrings and they are broken, please send a picture of the earrings to oclaydesigns@gmail.com and I will be happy send you a duplicate of your previous order

What are the earrings made of? 

The earrings are made of polymer clay, resin and a hypoallergenic backing post. 

Do you do local pick-up/delivery?

Yes! We have a free pick up option in Airdrie, we also offer free delivery within Airdrie. Delivery is Calgary is an additional $10.00 fee.

Shipping

Our items are shipped through Canada Post and will be mailed 1-5 business days after your order is placed. Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout. 

 Custom Orders

All custom orders require a 50% non refundable fee prior to us starting your order. The rest will be due prior to pick up or delivery.
